Questions, answered
- Do people need an app to tap it?
- No. iPhones from the XS onward and most Android phones with NFC turned on open the page straight from the tap. Every card also has a QR code printed on the back for phones that don't tap.
- Is the card printed?
- Yes. We print every card in-house to match the design you pick, with your name or logo on the front.
- What does shipping cost?
- Shipping is a flat $1 on every package.
- What happens when I change my number or job?
- Tell us and we update your page for $5. The card itself never changes, so nothing gets reprinted.
- What if I lose the card?
- Replacement cards are $5, programmed to the same page, so nothing about your page changes. A card only links to your public page, so a lost one can't reveal anything you haven't already shared.
- Can I use my own logo or photo?
- Yes. Your photo or logo sits at the top of the page, and the colors can be matched to your brand.
- What gets saved when someone taps Save contact?
- Your name, title, company, phone, email, links, and a short bio, straight into their phone's contacts.
